Description of Service
Ximk is a digital platform that provides household coordination tools including but not limited to:
- Chore assignment and tracking systems
- Home maintenance and repair logging
- Bill payment reminders and management
- Shared household financial tracking
- Home inventory management
The Service is provided "as is" and Ximk makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation.
User Responsibilities
As a user of Ximk, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information for your account
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not share sensitive personal information of others without consent
- Respect the privacy and data of other household members
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Data & Privacy
Ximk collects and processes data necessary to provide the Service. This includes:
- Account information (name, email, household details)
- Household management data (chores, bills, inventory, etc.)
- Usage data to improve service functionality
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You retain ownership of your data but grant Ximk a license to process it for Service provision.
Prohibited Activities
When using Ximk, you must not:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Introduce malware or interfere with Service operation
- Use automated systems to access the Service excessively
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ximk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
Ximk is not responsible for financial decisions made based on information within the Service, nor for household disputes arising from Service usage.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing use of the Service or deleting your account.
Ximk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
